Ortho Development’s 11th Biennial Utah Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Symposium took place in April in Park City, Utah, uniting orthopedic professionals from across the country for a weekend of collaboration and education.
Chaired by Dr. Cass Nakasone and Dr. Zachary Post, the event featured an impressive lineup of faculty speakers and panelists who delivered meaningful insights into current trends and emerging innovations in joint arthroplasty. Keynote speaker Dr. William J. Hozack’s address on the future of hip and knee replacement helped set the tone for a weekend of forward-thinking discussion.
The program included sessions on enabling technology, ASC strategies, implant selection, revision techniques and infection management, in addition to dynamic breakout discussions, live case reviews and hands-on product showcases. Fellow presentations added fresh perspective, while a Saturday segment highlighted the life-changing work of orthopedic medical missions in Honduras.
