As we look back on 2025, one theme stands out: forward momentum. This year, we have navigated transitions, overcome challenges and strengthened the foundation that will enable us to accelerate growth.
Throughout the year, we executed several company-wide initiatives focused on improving operations and internal workflows. Led by cross-functional action teams, this work has driven greater consistency, better alignment across teams and steady improvements in product availability. While progress continues, these efforts are helping us move forward with greater confidence and momentum as we head into the year ahead.
Leadership Updates
This past year was also marked by several leadership updates that have positioned us for long-term success. Greg Larson and Hiroyuki (Hiro) Minamiya stepped into their roles as President and CEO with a clear focus on progress and growth. Their vision and leadership are providing renewed energy and direction as we prepare for an important year ahead.
We also welcomed Brice Bedke as VP of Marketing, whose decades of industry experience are already shaping transformative growth initiatives.
In his first full year as VP of Operations, Ken Bly and his team have been central to improving operational efficiency and quality systems, resulting in steady, measurable gains in product availability.
11th Biennial UHKAS
A highlight of the year was the 11th Biennial Utah Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Symposium in Park City, Utah. The event brought together leading orthopedic surgeons from across the country for two days of high-value presentations, case reviews, panel discussions and memorable engagement. Chaired by Dr. Cass Nakasone and Dr. Zachary Post, the program covered topics including enabling technologies, ASC strategies, implant selection, revision approaches, infection management and more.
Honduras Mission Trip
In July, we were fortunate to organize and participate in another mission trip to Honduras, facilitated by One World Surgery and the Holy Family Surgery Center. Nearly 50 incredible volunteers, including Drs. Todd Duellman, Daniel Whiting and Jeff Frandsen, came together to help patients regain mobility and return to doing what they love. In just four days, the team completed a record of 52 successful total knee replacements. These trips are inspiring reminders of the impact we make together and why our work matters.
Looking Ahead
We value the close partnerships we’ve built with our distributors and sales representatives, and we remain committed to your success. Staying connected and supporting you will always be a priority for our entire team. As product availability continues to improve, we look forward to strengthening these relationships and helping you grow in the year ahead.
From all of us at ODEV, we wish you a happy and successful 2026.
